Hey guys I have another video here featuring my daytimer/filofax planner! Hopefully all my subscribers who are here for my planning videos like this one :) I am currently on a journey to improve my health and lose some weight and a way that I can keep track of everything is to put in all in a book so I can track what I'm eating, my workouts and workout progress, and other random health related topics such as water intake and goals :) I hope you enjoy and can take some ideas and inspiration from this for yourself!
